Who We Are

Australian Framing Solutions (AFS) is an end-to-end design, engineering, manufacturing and installation company. We provide factory controlled pre-manufactured light gauge steel framing and fully integrated off site solutions for both the residential and commercial construction sectors.
We are the largest fabricator of steel frames in South East Queensland. AFS is unmatched in its ability to produce at significant scale while maintaining strict quality control through its Six-Stage Quality Assurance measures.

Philanthropic Initiatives
The opportunity to contribute positively to our community is a privilege and of great importance to our team. It has become a part of our culture to encourage and support our staff to take part in charity causes and actively develop a thriving and prosperous society.
We donate funds, products and services, provide sponsorship, and give our time to help support local clubs, schools, organisations and disadvantaged community members. 
AFS partnerships with government
The Borallon Training and Correctional Centre near Ipswich was re-opened in 2016 under a new model to reduce re-offending and recidivism. AFS established a small factory inside Borallon as part of the workRestart initiative in 2016 which offers inmates a major step towards rebuilding their lives. The prison also runs a TAFE campus with around 50 courses onsite.
The workRestart initiative gives inmates access to work opportunities where they can learn and/or earn money from a trade. This initiative gives them access to work opportunities which improves behaviour and helps them more easily secure a job when released. On a day to day basis it encourages inmates to look forward to a positive, steady life in the future. Already fewer inmates have returned to jail since leaving Borallon.
AFS also works with educational facilities such as TAFE to drive upskilling and uptake of specialisations in the construction industry that are severely under-resourced.
