Our Capabilities: A Long Track Record Of Successful Construction Projects

People, Partnership and Progress - three key pillars of any successful construction project. These are the same pillars that have been the driving force behind the work produced by the Australian Framing Solutions (AFS) team for many years. With decades of collective experience, AFS have managed to develop framing methods that deliver more large-scale projects simultaneously than any other company in the country.

AFS Utilises State-Of-The-Art, 3D Scottsdale Software

This allows for early collaboration with other trades; ensuring construction challenges are addressed at the early design stage rather than during installation on site. With 17 roll forming machines across three production facilities in South East Queensland (SEQ), AFS are unmatched in their ability to produce volume while maintaining quality.

Producing roughly 30,000 linear metres per shift currently, and we have the capacity to scale up as required.

Smaller install crews required on-site as a result of prefabricated steel frames that are lighter and easier to manoeuvre. Easier on the bodies of the install crews so they are more productive as they don’t fatigue as rapidly.

We currently operate 17 frame roll forming and batten machines across our three manufacturing facilities in SEQ.

We have the largest team of installers in Australia. They are backed by a large, reliable network of light gauge steel (LGS) crews who have installed 187,500 m² of AFS framing over the past 12 months.
Our specialised, remote installation team has travelled over 28,000 km in the past 12 months to carry out remote installations.

We operate our purpose-built transport fleet and also utilise, as required, a regular pool of reliable logistics contractors who have delivered 3000 tonnes of LGS in the past 12 months.

We are proud to use Australian-made products and materials.BlueScope® is our primary supplier with TRUECORE® being our preferred product.

We conduct a 6 Stage extensive quality assurance process.

We employ around 100 staff across all facets of the business.
