Kurt Muncey
SITE SUPERVISOR
Kurt Muncey is a Site Supervisor at AFS and is responsible for coordinating deliveries, trades, installation, quality assurance and pre-engineering checks on site. Kurt liaises with all key site stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may occur.
Kurt ensures things are dealt with swiftly and efficiently on site and is a key part of the ‘In-Full, On-Time and On-Budget’ mantra that AFS proudly stands by. This culture ensures all team members are working toward the same thing - that deliveries arrive on-time so the installers have their frames on site when expected and can meet their project timeline obligations.
Kurt prides himself on running a safe work site and ensures that the client’s safety expectations are met by all AFS crews onsite.
Prior to becoming a Site Supervisor, Kurt was an AFS Frame Installer which means he has a great understanding of the construction process of light gauge steel frames.
Amongst many projects delivered, two of Kurt's notable achievements are the site management of a 25,000 m² school in 2019 and a regional hospital in 2020 both for the Queensland Government.
Kurt is a great communicator and enjoys getting the job done. He is a valued member of the AFS Team.
